These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and ZALE MART LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using Socratic-AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Socratic-AI is an artificial intelligence application designed to converse with historical figures or futuristic AI personas to spark new ideas and expand your worldview. The App is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

3. Eligibility

To use Socratic-AI, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from receiving the App under applicable laws

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register using Apple Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with the operation of the App or servers
• Circumvent any security or access controls

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of ZALE MART LTD. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

8. Modifications to Service

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZALE MART LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ZALE MART LTD regarding the App. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
